Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight, customers in New Plymouth, Stratford and Hawera regions may experience a brief loss of service for up to 30 Minutes between Midnight and 6AM on Wednesday the 12th of September.

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
