Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight some Fibre customers in the Tauranga region may experience a brief loss of Phone and Internet service for up to 15 Minutes on Thursday 7 Dec between 12am and 3am.

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
