Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight some Fibre customers in the Wellington region may experience a brief loss of Phone and Internet service for up to 5 Minutes on Tuesday 12th Dec between 4am and 5am.

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
