Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight on the Chorus Network, Fibre customers customers in Oamaru and Timaru, may experience a brief loss of service of up to 20 minutes between 11PM Wednesday 29th March and 6AM on Thursday the 30th of March.
If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
