Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight Fibre and Broadband customers nationwide may experience a brief loss of service for up to 30 minutes on Tuesday 16th May between 12:01am - 6am

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
