Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight some Fibre customers in the Tauranga region may experience a brief loss of service for up to 30 Minutes between Midnight Friday 24 Nov and 2 am Friday 24 Nov

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
