Due to Chorus Maintenance being completed overnight some Phone and Broadband customers nationwide may experience a brief loss of service for up to 15 minutes between 11pm Tuesday 22nd of August and 6am Wednesday 23rd of August.
If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again
