Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight, Ultra Fast Broadband customers in Tauranga may experience a loss of service of up to 30 minutes between 4:30AM and 6:30AM on Wednesday the 22nd of March.

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
