Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight Copper Broadband customers in Wellington, Rotorua, and Hamilton and Fibre Internet customers in Tauranga may experience a loss of service for up to 30 minutes between Midnight and 4am on Thursday 22nd June

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
