Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight, Broadband customers nationwide may experience a brief loss of service of up to 10 minutes between 12:00AM and 6:00AM on Thursday the 23rd of March.

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
