Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight Fibre customers in the Christchurch region may experience a brief loss of service for up to 45 minutes between 1AM and 5AM Thursday the 12th of July

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
