Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight Fibre phone and some Business Fibre customers in the Tauranga region may experience a brief loss of service for up to 20 minutes between Midnight and 3am Friday the 10th of November

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.
