Due to Network Maintenance being completed overnight Ultra Fast Broadband Customers nationwide may experience a loss of Phone and Internet service for up to 30 minutes between 11PM and 6AM Friday the 5th of October.

If you are experiencing issues outside of this time, we ask that you please power off your modem for 30 seconds, then wait 2-3 minutes before trying again.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
